Founder & CEO

Shaun Cumby

Shaun has worked in trading and portfolio management for over 25 years across many asset classes, including asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, credit default swaps, bank loans and equities and related derivatives. Prior to creating Arxnovum Investment, Shaun was Chief Investment Officer of 3iQ Corp., where he was instrumental in the creation and launch of the first publicly-traded bitcoin investment fund in Canada.

Cindy Petlock

Cindy has over 25 years capital markets experience, including as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at two stock exchanges, as the Manager, Market Regulation at the Ontario Securities Commission and a variety of work with other securities regulators.

Chief Operating Officer

Tanvir Sodhi

Tanvir brings over 15 years of experience in trading, operations, and product development. Prior to joining Arxnovum Investment, Tanvir was Managing Director of 3iQ Corp, where he was responsible for overseeing trading and operations, and played an integral role in launching the bitcoin and ether closed-end funds and ETFs on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
